Shipping to European Union Countries is always free. The Company, except for unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, will promptly deliver the products purchased, to all over the country in 3 days , to EU countries in 4, to  USA and Canada in 4, and to the rest of the world in 10 (via UPS) from the date of payment from the Customer.

The delivery will take place from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:30  at the Customer’s address as indicated in the order.

Orders outside European Union (extra-Cee Countries): all orders destined for a country outside the European Union may be subject to customs and import duties. The Company has no control over these charges and can not advise the Customer regarding the related amount, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. By concluding a transaction on this store, each Customer accepts the aforementioned conditions and all customs fees will be charged to the Customer according to the regulations of the country of destination.

You can return the product intact and in its original packaging, complete in all its parts within 14 working days from receipt of the product, on condition that the product is intact and not been used. In accordance with art. 64 of D.Lgs. 206/2005, the Customer is entitled to withdraw without any fine or providing any specific reason. Customers are solely responsible for the direct costs of returning items, including selecting and arranging the return shipping method. Please note: For customers outside the EU, any customs duties incurred during the return process must also be covered by the customer.

Once the returned item has been received at our headquarters, a full refund will be issued minus any customs duties prepaid by the company on the customer’s behalf.

Exchanges (EU Customers)
If you are located within the European Union and wish to exchange an item, the cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility. However, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you.

Exchanges (Non-EU Customers)
If you are located outside the European Union and wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. The company will cover any applicable import duties and the shipping costs for the replacement item. You may be responsible for paying customs duties in your own country upon receipt.
